Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently offer delivery in:
Cairo & Giza — with free same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 6:00 PM.
Future-date delivery can be scheduled during checkout.
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Specific time slots are not guaranteed, but we always aim for timely and accurate delivery.
In case the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer. A redelivery fee may apply for repeated attempts.
