Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our floral products, refunds are only offered under the following condition:

If the bouquet arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order and must include photographic proof.

-Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect recipient details were provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after the bouquet has been dispatched.
  • Delayed access to the recipient due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our flowers are imported and premium-grade. With proper care and placement in a suitable environment, they are expected to last between 5 to 10 days.
